So, our refund policy is simple: just return the plates unused within 30 days of receiving them and we will give you a 100% refund - no questions asked! We give credit the same day we receive your package. You must get an RMA - Return Merchandize Authorization number from us to return the package. You can receive an RMA simply by emailing us at sales@fingerplates.com with your name, address, and Invoice number.
  Also, you should insure the return for your own protection - we cannot give credit or make refunds if we don't receive the package back.

We aim to ship fingerplates we hold "in-stock" within 5 working days. Occasionally, we get "runs" on certain designs - for example, as a result of a media feature in a national magazine or on television. To cater for these occasions, we ask that you allow up to 28 days for UK delivery.

Should you have concerns, please e-mail us and we can give you the approximate shipping date for your order.

Okay, I am glad you asked. Yes, we do have a secure and encrypted site. When you use your credit or debit card on our site you DO NOT leave our site or Worldpay.com's secure server, nor does your information. A confirmation comes to you via E-mail, but if you will notice NO CREDIT CARD numbers are listed on the confirmation.

Secondly, we are online most evenings from 6pm-10:00pm (GMT) nightly and off and on during the daytime. If you do have a question, email us at sales@fingerplates.com and we will get back to you within hours in most cases and not more than 24 in any case.

Our preferred method of shipping is First Class Royal Mail. Larger quantities may be shipped by Parcelforce or courier at our discretion.

We are happy to ship outside of the UK, but do bear in mind the increased costs. There is a higher shipping charge on international mail, also please remember that you are responsible for any taxes and duties which your Government may levy when you import goods from outside your economic zone. We also recommend that if you are outside the UK, you allow up to two extra weeks to receive your fingerplates.
